Whether you choose Plexiglas® or acrylic, the colors of the photo will come out bright and radiant. A must-have for colorful staging.
What should you pay attention to
If you would like to create the edges on your Plexiglas® images yourself, we require the following trim allowances. This additional margin will be cut off again during production and is only for precision.
- Up to a size of 60x60cm please provide an additional image margin of 0.8cm (e.g. 60x60cm; production size 60.8x60.8cm).
- For all other sizes we need an allowance of 1.5cm (e.g. 80x80cm; production size 81.5x81.5cm).
Acrylic block
The acrylic block is 25 mm thick and therefore stable. The material is particularly durable, weatherproof and dimensionally stable. The image is printed on fine art photo paper. This is particularly suitable for processing behind acrylic glass. After printing the image, it is applied behind the acrylic sheet. So you get maximum protection.
Plexiglas
The Plexiglas® is 4 mm thick. Your photo will be printed on FineArt photo paper and laminated behind the plexiglass plate. So the colors are optimally preserved and protected. Behind it a 1 mm thick forex plate is attached, so that it is absolutely opaque;
